CenterTelecom Signs Cooperation Agreement for Regional E-Government Segment Formation with Tula Region's Administration and Rostelecom
Moscow, August 12, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that Vaagn Martirosyan, the company's General Director, on behalf of its company has signed trilateral cooperation agreement with Vyacheslav Dudka, Governor of Tula Region, and Alexey Naschekin, Deputy General Director, Rostelecom OJSC. The signed agreement provides formation of the regional segment of the electronic government (e-government).
