The Central Telecommunications Company OJSC is a major operator of wired communications in the Russian Federation providing a wide range of communication and Internet services to individuals, corporate clients and government authorities in the Central Federal District.
The company's history commenced in 1890. Currently CenterTelecom has 15 branches formed in the course of the company's reorganization that merged 17 leading regional operators on the basis of Moscow region communications operator. The company's major shareholder is Svyazinvest OJSC.
