Sergey Grushin  Was born on March 26, 1967 in Penza.
In 1991 he graduated from the Computer Technology Faculty of Penza Polytechnic Institute majoring in Applied Mathematics.
In 1991 - 1994 he lectured at the Chair of Economics and Management of Penza State Technical University. In 1993 he began to work for Svyazinfrom of Penza region where he was the Chief Economist of the Planning Division, and later became the Head of Securities, Finance and Investments Division. In addition, in 1994 - 2000 he performed the duties of the Secretary of the
Board of Directors and Management Board. In 2000 he started to work in Svyazinvest as Deputy Head of the Division of Representatives of Corporate Governance Department. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Svyazinfrom of Astrakhan region (2000-2002), Electrosvyaz of the Republic of Buryatiya (2000-2002), Svyazinfrom of the Chuvashia Republic (2001-2002), Belsvyaz (2001-2002); a member of Lensvyaz Board of Directors (2000-2003), Uraltelecom of Sverdlovsk region (2001-2002), Yamalelectrosvyaz (2001-2002), Svyazinfrom of the Chuvashia Republic (2000-2001), Electrosvyaz of the Republic of Khakassia (2001-2002), Dagsvyaz (2002-2003).
In 2003-2004 he worked as a CenterTelecom Corporate Governance Adviser. In July 2004 he was appointed the Company's Corporate Secretary. |
