Interconnection service

This service is aimed at meeting operators' needs in setting up of telecommunication networks interplay when connection set up and data transmision between users of interplaying networks become possible.

According to "Rules of telecommunication networks interconnection and interplay" CenterTelecom JSC, as an operator occupying significant position in the public service network within 17 regions of Central Federal District of Russian Federation (notification about inclusion of CenterTelecom into Register of operators occupying significant position in the public service network №VB-P21-6044 dated 31.10.2005), provides conditions of operators' networks interconnection to telecommunication network of inter-regional telecom company.

Traffic transfer service

Traffic transfer service meets operators' demand for traffic transmission between interplaying telecommunication networks. It consists of:

• zonal call termination service - provision of traffic transfer from interconnection point at the zonal level of connection to subscriber (terminal) hardware connected to CenterTelecom or other telecom provider network;
• local call termination service - provision of traffic transfer from interconnection point at the local or subscriber level of connection to subscriber (terminal) hardware connected to CenterTelecom or other telecom provider network:
• local call termination service at communications center;
• local call termination service at adjacent communications center;
• local call termination service at telecommunication network with one hub;
• local call termination service at telecommunication network with two or more hubs.
• call transit service - provision of traffic transfer between networks of two different providers or different parts of one operator network via CenterTelecom nerwork:
• zonal call transit service;
• local call transit service.
• zonal call initiation service - provision of traffic transfer from subscriber (terminal) hardware connected to CenterTelecom or other telecom provider network to the zonal level point of interconnection to the network of operator who is granting access to telecommunication services rendered by other providers of fixed telephony or data transmission;
• local call initiation service - provision of traffic transfer from subscriber (terminal) hardware connected to CenterTelecom or other telecom provider network to the interconnection point at the local/subscriber level to the network of operator who is granting access to telecommunication services rendered by other providers of fixed telephony or data transmission:
• local call initiation service at communications center;
• local call initiation service at adjacent communications center;
• local call initiation service at telecommunication network with one hub;
• local call initiation service at telecommunication network with two or more hubs.
